A refund is possible
We do not resell a processed document to another person due to obvious reasons.
We always send a print preview of your document before it is printed, We do this for you to verify and indicate if there are changes or corrections to be made.
Furthermore, we give our clients a 48 hour window after they receive their document to confirm that they’re satisfied with the quality and that it works for the purpose for which it was needed.
We rarely receive refund requests, yet we are ready to fulfill any. We are 100% confident in the quality of the documents we process; that is why we can afford refunds.
